Pharmacist
Jacob is a Clinical Pharmacist at CFC, he joined our team in October 2022. He earned his Doctorate in Pharmacy from Idaho State University and brings 12 years of experience in the medical field. Jacob supports patients by identifying affordable medication options. “I love my job because I get to collaborate with an incredible team of providers in managing patients’ medications, monitoring their progress, and assisting in adjusting their needs.”
Jacob has always aspired to help others by pursuing a career in the medical field. “Growing up in Pocatello among many ISU College of Pharmacy students, along with my experience shadowing at an independent pharmacy, provided me with valuable insight into my future.”
Jacob chose to join CFC because it allows him the chance to connect with and support the community. He feels that CFC’s mission resonates with his personal aspirations as a healthcare professional. “I aim to care for my patients not just how I would like to be treated, but also as if I were caring for my own mother.”
In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing and coaching soccer, hunting, fishing, traveling, and working on various projects. Jacob said the following, “My goal is to ensure that your experience at CFC Pharmacy reflects a commitment to personal care for you!”
